Morning Core Training: Beginners
Core Training is not as frightening as you may think.
If you are new to exercise or have been on an exercise break, this class is just great to get you started on your fitness journey.
Please note: Morning Core Training for Beginners is a half-hour class.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays
- July 7 – July 30, 2015
- 6:15 a.m. – 7:05 a.m.
- Building 200, Fitness Center
The cost is $60 for four-weeks, featuring two sessions each week.
- Deadline for sign-up is Wednesday, July 1, 2015.
- Download the sign-up form (Login required), fill it out and bring it with your check to HEW (Medical) in Building 201.
Forms brought in after 3:30 p.m. can be placed in the drop box to the right of the Receptionist window.
