Walk Around The Campus
A final push for Active For Life (AFL) points will take place Tuesday, June 9, 2015.
All AFL participants are invited to gather on the lawn just north of the Bistro 213 Cafeteria at noon.
Participants and teams will take a fun 30 to 40 minute walk around the Argonne campus.
Active For Life is a nation-wide wellness program sponsored by the American Cancer Society. This eight-week voluntary program encourages Argonne employees to begin and/or maintain an active, physically fit lifestyle.
Employees form wellness teams to set individual and team wellness goals. The teams compete against one another internally within the Argonne Laboratory community and as a laboratory whole against other U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) complex laboratories.
