Argonne Service Desk: Employee Electric Vehicle Charging Program
The Employee Electric Vehicle Charging Program allows regular Argonne and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) employees to charge their personal electric vehicles onsite in support of Argonne’s green commuting initiative.
Beginning today, Monday, Jan. 4, 2016, employees can use the Argonne Service Desk at http://help.anl.gov/ to register for the electric vehicle program and to reserve charging stations. The Service Desk workflows will replace the forms and outlook calendars that were used previously.
The Facilities Management and Services (FMS) Division will hold an optional training session on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2016, at 10 a.m. in Building 241, Room D173. During that time, FMS will demonstrate how to use the Argonne Service Desk to make charging station reservations and how new participants can register for the electric vehicle program.
