JumpStart: Applying for Argonne’s Named Fellowships
Early-career scientists and engineers will want to attend the next JumpStart meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2016, to learn about Argonne’s Named Fellowships.
The Named Fellowships were established to attract highly talented postdoctoral scientists and engineers to Argonne. Speaker Tina Henne will help potential applicants navigate the process by explaining:
- The application package requirements
- The sponsor’s nomination memo
- Review process and criteria for selection
The meeting will be held from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Building 213 Cafeteria Private Dining Room. All are welcome to attend and bring their lunches. There is no cost or registration required.
About the JumpStart series
The JumpStart series is a friendly, informal forum for employees to develop new tools and knowledge that will enable individual and collective success. We hope to inform R&D employees about the mission support services available to help them do their jobs more efficiently and effectively. When available, presentation materials will be made available on the Jumpstart website on Inside Argonne.
The format is a monthly brown-bag meeting at lunchtime in the Building 213 Cafeteria. Meetings will include 30 to 45 minutes of presentation followed by Q&A. When available, presentation materials will be made available on the Jumpstart website on Inside Argonne.
