ACS on Campus seminar: ‘The Publishing Process’
Representatives from the American Chemical Society (ACS) will present “The Publishing Process” Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016, from 2-5 p.m. at Bldg. 241, Room D-172.
The seminar features speakers Joan Brennecke, Editor-in-Chief, Journal of Chemical Engineering Data; George C. Schatz, Editor-in-Chief, Journal of Physical Chemistry; and Stuart Rowan, Deputy Editor, Macro Letters.
Topics include preparing a manuscript, copyright and ethics, peer review and science communication.
The seminar is open to all researchers studying the sciences and includes food and raffle prizes.
