Interested in earning PMP certification at Argonne?
Argonne’s Project Management Organization is exploring the possibility of offering a boot camp course for employees interested in obtaining Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Employees considering PMP certification are asked to please take the PMP Interest Survey. »
While many professionals have heard of PMP certification, some may have questions as to what the program requires. The PMP program consists of a 35-hour course, an exam for certification and additional prerequisites.
- Education and experience (see chart below)
- References from colleagues who can verify that you worked on the projects you list for the required hours (includes an audit process, so references need to be willing to sign a form stating that they can verify you performed the work you stated)
