New mindfulness program available on Virgin Pulse
On Monday, June 11, 2018, Virgin Pulse will introduce Whil 101, a wellness app designed to help build foundational skills in emotional intelligence, mindfulness and yoga. Whil is a digital wellbeing training solution designed to help reduce stress while improving wellbeing, performance, relationships and sleep.
Available on mobile devices and desktops through your Virgin Pulse account, sessions include both audio and video and range from one minute to 30 minutes.
Whil 101 will also provide new opportunities for earning points in Virgin Pulse. Points can be earned for:
- Completing a single Whil session (per day): 20 points
- Completing a Whil program (weekly): 50 points
- Completing 10 Whil sessions in a month: 100 points
- Completing 20 Whil sessions in a month: 200 points
