CNM high-impact nanoscience and nanotechnology user proposals due Oct. 26
Deadline for submission: Friday, October 26, 2018
The Center for Nanoscale Materials (CNM) is soliciting proposals for user-initiated nanoscience and nanotechnology research. CNM’s User Program is designed to give you FREE access to state-of-the-art equipment and expertise. The CNM offers some of the world’s best capabilities in X-ray and electron microscopy, nanofabrication, spectroscopy, synthetic biology and materials theory and computational modeling.
You are invited and strongly encouraged to reach out to CNM staff to discuss your proposal ideas prior to submitting, and learn more about the tools and capabilities available to you through CNM’s five research groups.
There is no cost to use the CNM if you intend to publish your results. You can also access CNM facilities on a cost-recovery basis for proprietary research that is not intended for the public domain.
The CNM holds three calls for proposals per year due in March, July and October.
If you have questions, please contact the CNM User Office.
