Margaret Butler Fellowship in Computational Science

Open to outstanding postdoctoral researchers, the Argonne Leadership Computing Facility’s (ALCF) Margaret Butler Fellowship in computational science offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of scientific computing.
The position involves working closely with multidisciplinary science teams at the ALCF and throughout the high-performance computing community to introduce new techniques that substantially improve the performance or range of science and engineering problems that can be addressed by leading-edge science applications at the ALCF.
The fellowship is a one-year appointment that may be renewed for a second year. Candidates must have received a recent Ph.D. prior to the beginning of the appointment and have considerable knowledge of high-performance computational science. Applications must include the following:
