AnitaB.org names Argonne a Change Alliance organization

Oct 23, 2017 | Posted by Argonne Today | Work/Life |

Argonne was named a 2017 Change Alliance organization in AnitaB.org’s Top Companies for Women Technologists. The program analyzes data on representation, employee experience, programs and policies. AnitaB.org shares insights with participating companies so they can continue to build more inclusive workplaces.

Organizations that participate in the program are instrumental in driving change. By contributing to the industry benchmark and measuring their data against other participants, they demonstrate a commitment to understanding where they are today, and learning how they can improve.

Sixty-three companies participated in 2017, representing more than 574,000 technical employees across multiple industries. More than 131,000 women were in the sample.

AnitaB.org works to connect, inspire and guide women in computing and organizations that view technology innovation as a strategic imperative.
