All-Hands Meeting set for Nov. 16
Laboratory Director Paul Kearns and members of the laboratory leadership team will host the next All-Hands Meeting on Friday, Nov. 16, 2018, at 10 a.m. The main presentation will be held in the Building 402 Auditorium.
Shuttle bus service to Building 402 will be provided starting at 9:30 a.m. The bus will stop at buildings 201, 212, 203 and 362 and will drop passengers off at the Gallery doors rather than at the plaza, which is being renovated.
If you are driving to the meeting, note that the Building 401/402 plaza stairs are closed for a renovation project. You can access the atrium via the ramp on the left side of the plaza, or go around to the back of the auditorium building and enter at the Gallery doors.
The presentation will be broadcast live to these satellite locations:
- Building 200 Auditorium
- Building 202, Room B169
- Building 212, Room A157
- Building 240, Room 1416
- Building 362 Auditorium
- Building 446 Auditorium
- Washington, DC office
Note that the livestream will not be broadcast to Building 241, Conference Room D172.
A Livestream link will be sent for remote workers shortly before the meeting and the presentation will also be recorded and posted online afterward. Watch Snapshot and Argonne Today for details.
Due to a technical issue, the Outlook meeting invitation was cancelled and re-sent to ensure delivery to the entire lab (some may have received more than one message). Please delete the Nov. 6 All-Hands Meeting invitation if it’s still on your calendar. We appreciate your understanding.
